Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Because we work with international suppliers, delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on your location. Unexpected delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or shipping carriers may occasionally occur.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed after review. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with our supplier and shipping partner.
